What to include in a travel request
For a useful first response, include your arrival and departure dates, number of travelers, places you want to visit, preferred hotel level and any special interests such as wildlife photography, culture, hiking, business travel or family needs. Flight details can be added later, but they are helpful when airport transfers or first-day sightseeing are involved.
For airport transfers
Send the flight number, landing time, passenger count, luggage information and exact destination. For multi-day tours, mention whether you want accommodation and meals included in the quotation.
